The Prochef warranty Your Prochef appliance is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. During this period any faults with the product will be repaired free of charge in your home by our service team. The warranty can easily be extended by a further 4 years by completing the appropriate section of the warranty card and returning to the address outlined along with your payment which is as little as £149.00. As we are a British company spare parts are held here in the UK and can easily be obtained by phoning or ordering over this web site. If an appliance is discontinued we retain functional spare parts for at least 10 years after the date of last manufacture.
